The guys at Midas Menlo Park provided a very detailed diagnosis of my vehicle’s issues and provided the best options to resolve them. Very professional and knowledgeable group of guys. Thanks Ky and Juan for all your help.

I had a solid experience at the shop today for an oil change. Although I arrived with a Groupon that they did not accept, I was able to handle the refund process on my own and paid $82 for a full synthetic service. The team took about an hour, and I was very pleased that they performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle. I also really appreciated that when I accidentally left my water behind, Juan called me to let me know so I could head right back to retrieve it. It is also helpful to know that they provide financing options if needed. The service was professional and efficient; the only area for improvement would be keeping the bathroom a bit cleaner.

I came in because the plastic splash shield under my car was hanging down. The team at Midas quickly checked it and secured it back in place for me. Everyone was friendly, honest, and helpful. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for trustworthy service!

Sometimes surprises happen on the road, a flat tire. I went to Midas, the best service ever. Very fast and informative. If you buy tires from them, maintenance and cases like this are free. I will come back to any service with every question to them. Five stars. Thank you manager Juan and Hakim at the reception. I'm happy to continue driving now. Have a good day, everyone! 1481 US-1 ·Edison NJ
